Barclaycard

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They cannot seem to communicate clearly. Moreover, they give preferential treatment to certain customers, which I feel is rooted in bias. Avoid Barclaycard at all costs. There are much better financial institutions out there that truly value their customers.

I will no longer do business with this company. The company and I had an agreement on 3 months of Covid relief. It has been 2 months and now they are trying to back charge me on dates inside of the 3 months and continue to tack on late fees. I asked to speak with a manager and it's a 5-7 day wait before one will call you back. To me, this is unacceptable...back tracking on agreed upon terms, then refusal to let me speak with someone who can make it right. They will not receive another penny from me. They can file it in my credit report or whatever with the smug attitude I was met with.

Poor communication , indifferent and uncaring associates , a company that acts on Bad Faith

It is unacceptable that my fraudulent claims have not been processed yet when i was on the phone in a 3-way conversation with amazon and barclaycard customer service and amazon confirmed that charges are not mine. I have called numerous times and i am very unhappy that nothing is being done. I have also been assured that I would not be charged a late fee for activity that is not mine, and yet now I have been charged a late fee. I am writing this message to serve as written documentation of the negligence on the part of barclaycardus

Total shisters. I'm much happier with Capital 1 and Amex.
