Wells Fargo Bank

The bank doesn't know how to adapt to COVID. My wife and I both work in Healthcare and have to make accommodations to make sure our patient/customers are taken care of. Our time available to go the bank is also limited. This branch doesn't seem to care. I needed to wire funds so I drive there and find out you can only enter by appointment. So next step, I try to see through the website what I can accomplish through the drive trough. Of course nothing listed anywhere so I jump in the line 10 cars deep and wait my turn. Finally get to the window and no, can't help you with that. Their solution was make an appointment for some time next week. I don't need this done next week I needed it done now. They suggested checking other locations for earlier appointments, because I have time to go check every branch for an appointment. Their website makes you check every bank individually. Can't just see the next available. Everyone else is making sacrifices in life and what makes you more special than everyone else. Apparently my 20+ years as a customer means nothing.

I wish could give them zero star, there manager and staff just taking advantage of the covid Situation.they are not doing there job right. Which is really Inconvenient for me because I lived less then a mile away.

This is THE worst Wells Fargo branch I have EVER been to! Line was 10+ ppl deep, and as soon as it was my turn, the younger female working, literally, decided she wanted to "reorganize" the rolled coins in her drawer, right in front of me, after I had already been waiting over 30mins! Then she made some snotty comment to me, as if me and everybody else waiting in line was humerous to her. Her absolute disregard was disgusting.

UPDATE: Having an appointment made such a difference! It took a moment to locate on Wells Fargo but it’s much better than waiting thru drive thru line. There only seemed to be 3 tellers inside though so if they’re only going to offer “x” amount of appointments and rely heavily on the drive thru line, then they really should have another agent nearby _________________________________________________ I understand the pandemic is modifying the new norm; however, the wait for the drive thru teller is horrendous. Be advised there is only 1 teller and 2 drive thru atms. I waited 85min and they couldn’t help me with my issue. I had asked if they could at least refund the $12 refund fee since I absolutely know there is money from the account source, which they responded with the teller side did not have the authority and to call the 1-800 number. PSA: DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER. There is no call back feature and the wait is also ridiculous. For them to even offer that to someone who already addressed the long wait for drive thru is not very observant of them on their end. I have an appointment on Mon and will update accordingly based on experience. So far, not impressed at all.

Really AWESOME Branch, Wells Fargo employees are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.
