I have been with Credit Union 1 for 7 years and I have to say, I have always had such great customer care with them. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that all my banking needs are met quickly and thoroughly and with kindness and care for my well being and financial needs. If you are looking for the hometown feel and personal care with you finances, I highly recommend starting a relationship with this fantastic Credit Union! All of the branches are clean, friendly and attentive. If you need to do online banking, there is no better experience than with Credit Union1!

I have banked here for uears and have always had very good service and friendliness. Today, Violet and I were able to have a pleasant and humorous chat while she completed my transaction. I left smiling!!!
Melissa was both sweet and helpful, even though we were having trouble accessing some of my networked accounts. I’m so glad to be able to stick with a credit union.
I’m happy with the overall service here. At the end of the day and during peak times can be very busy so always come early. The shared branch banking can also be a little confusing because quite a few outside banks use Credit Union 1 as a prime subsidiary location. Overall though a very good bank and more importantly awesome people
