My bank with convenient Teller machines and easy access.
Way understaffed. Only one teller, line out the door.
I deposit quite a bit of checks on a weekly basis for our business. This branch seems to always miss a deposit. I've only had these problems at the branch on boulder hwy and lake mead.

We went into this bank today to open checking and savings accounts with very large deposits. No one greeted us. We waited 13 mins, then I got up when I saw a woman come and and asked if we could open new accounts. She said, "No not without an appointment and we have no appointments left today," One one customer was in the bank with a man in an office and this lady was not doing anything but helping people. Said all bank officers were in a meeting and asked if we wanted to make an appointment for "another day". We told her NO. Their loss - this would have been a very large account transfer from B of A (been there over 24 years) This is NOT the way to do business in a bank or any other business. Good Luck in the future! See there are others not happy with this bank either. Will NEVER go here again.
