I was appalled at how racist and rude they were here. I was opening an account and could overheat the new acts rep speaking to the person in front of me. They said they had a credit card and Nevada license, but the clerk wanted more because person was immigrant. They demanded green card and were nasty and rude to the person. I went up, with only driver license and credit card, no questions asked or problem. When she asked how much of a deposit to open acct, I told her sorry, I can’t bank here. I told her why and she said it was just loss prevention policies and I need not be concerned. This pace is racist, plane and simple.
Quiet and peaceful place. The staff is friendly and polite. Very quickly helped me solve my problems. I came from New York, folk, you do not understand what a great place you have.
No longer do any cash transactions. What is the point of a brick and mortar bank who does no cash?
Conveniently located in a Smith's shopping mall, the staff here is courteous and efficient. The bank representatives have been helpful and I enjoy coming into this branch. Sometimes you can get a cup of hot coffee:)
Came in 1.5 hours before close and was told I couldn’t open an account. Lady wasn’t very nice either
