Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

By far one of the best branches in the valley. Always greeted kindly by the bankers, tellers, and security guards. This one is a little out of my way but definitely worth going to!

The place is clean and staff is very polite. I met with relationships manager Christopher in order to sort out quite a long list of things i needed to do and he was more than kind and friendly. Even though they close at 1 PM and my appointment was only supposed to be from 12:30-1, he continued to help me sort out what I needed to do until 1:30. The staff is great and very polite, this is the only BOA I will go to for all future purposes!

Almost every time I come to this branch lately, there is a problem w/ atm... no $ in the drive thru or the walk up or they're experiencing technical difficulties or something- it's ludicrous!

This is one of the only bank of Americas that is open during the pandemic in the Henderson area, but the lines were out the door in 100 degree weather. No bueno!!

It’s over 100 degrees and customers are forced to stand outside. No water offered. I’m here because the bank close to my house is temporarily closed (no reason). Last time I was here to get a document notorized they refused because their computers were down.
