I was going through this bank for VA home loan. Specifically with Cynthia and Tabitha. In the middle of looking for a home I got furloughed due to Covid-19. I informed Cynthia of my furlough. She said this wasn't going to affect my loan. Fast forward to three months later, I am still on furlough and Tabitha decides to inform me 3 days before closing that I have to be working! Why didn't they tell me this three months ago! I would've had time to figure something out had they been honest with me from the time I told them. Then Tabitha claims that Cynthia doesn't remember I told her I was furloughed. Poor communication and bad business. Now my family can't close on our home. We are out five grand, and the worst part is my kids are sad and disappointed. This is how they treat veterans!!! They took what was supposed be the best experience and change for our family and completely ruined it. We saved and planned for two years to buy a home. That five grand is not something we can just afford to lose out on. Shame on you Wells Fargo for putting families in this awful predicament. Maybe you don't know what it's like to struggle and work hard for every dime you have. To have it just thrown away and taken from you is devastating. How you can face yourself in the mirror knowing you crushed a families dreams is beyond me. Monsters!!!

Manager "Anna" is absolutely amazing. She is a dream employee that everyone should model themselves after. Great problem solver who gets things done. Thank you Wells ! Love you guys

Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been too. Since moving to Vegas this was my bank on the way to work I would go every week to cash my check.same check, same employer yet every week there’s a new reason I cannot cash my check. Lines are long with only 2 tellers while the other 2 teller sit in the back and watch the disgruntled customers stand in line for 30 minutes. I’ve stood in line for 30 minutes one day and I’m writing this because I’m currently in the parking lot of having to wait 30 minutes again only to find out the system is down for the 3rd time since the new year. What is going on with Wells Fargo I’m infuriated every time I come here. Will be closing my account soon and switching banks.

This Wells Fargo branch will do nothing but screw you. I closed an account that was opened for over 10 years and re-opened another one because of fraudulent activity. They opened up an account that had less features and restricted me from transferring money to my family or receiving money from my family which I clearly used all the time. The representative never told me that I would lose that feature because she was opening up an account that was less than. Along with all the fraud recently their customer service is horrible. I recommend using another bank. I'm looking for a new one. Any suggestions?
