Another bad experience with this credit union. I have never used my debit card because they wouldn’t let me choose a PIN, now they will but because it’s a joint checking account it will change all of the PINs on the account. Come on?! Seriously?! Why can’t you just offer the same level of service as other banks? I have moved almost all of my accounts to other institutions offering higher rates (30 times higher than you offer), now I may have to move my checking as well. I cringe every time I have to visit one of your branches, and your service is sub par.
