My Sincere Respect and Blessings, And More Importantly My Sincere Gratitude and Appreciation For Their Business and Most Adequate and Professional Service and Support. Their Location Henderson In Eastern As Busy As It has Been It Only Reflects Their Consistent and Persistent Effort From Management and Personnel To Offer Top Notch Customer Service and Support.
Another bad experience with this credit union. I have never used my debit card because they wouldn’t let me choose a PIN, now they will but because it’s a joint checking account it will change all of the PINs on the account.
Come on?! Seriously?! Why can’t you just offer the same level of service as other banks?
I have moved almost all of my accounts to other institutions offering higher rates (30 times higher than you offer), now I may have to move my checking as well.
I cringe every time I have to visit one of your branches, and your service is sub par.

First time dealing with America First and they’ve made the loan application process extremely easy.
I have used their services now for 8 years and I'm extremely happy with everything. I have used ATM machines, I have used teller services, I have used online loan applications, I have used their phone app extensively. Everything has been extremely pleasant and if I had any questions everything was answered and explained to me so I understood everything.
