U.S. Bank Branch

I recently began using this branch and could not be more happy with the service! Andrea has been amazingly helpful and has gone out of her way several times to help me with my business needs. I could not be more pleased with her and the other people at this branch who have helped.

Waiting in teller drive thru line 55 minutes for them to tell me the new system is slow. I sent my paycheck and ID thru and they said I wasnt in the aystem and i would have to create a profile..after waiting several minutes i get my ID and social back with envelope of cash. Short $7. Said they charged me for not being a member. Never did they say they were charging me. Told me if i wasnt happy to send the cash back and they will return my check.. ill never be back.

All the tellers are very polite and friendly, especially since finding a full service bank branch is hard to find anymore. I actually enjoy going into this branch to do my banking.

Business account and US Bank in general is a joke. Way to kick a business when they're down. Between Covid and US Banks dirty tactics, I don't know which is worse. U.S. Bank should be ashamed. Dirty Dirty Dirty!

Terrible customer service. The staff were not communicating clearly about waiting times and who was being helped and who wasn't. Felt like me and my family were discriminated against because I spoke up about the lack of service and misleading information.
