I had a great time here! Easy process and very convenient. Manny Saenz was extremely respectful and informative! Made me understand every bit of what we where doing. Step by step. Also made me feel welcomed to bank here. I highly recommend this bank! The bank manager is personable and very welcoming. The atmosphere of the bank was really cool! I honestly can not find something bad to say! As soon as I walked in they offered me a bottle of water! LGBT FRIENDLY! They respect pronouns and most of all they respected ME. Once again I highly recommend this bank!

I am shocked at the negative reviews. As a twenty year customer, they have never failed in delivering prompt and professional service. The customer service I have experienced there has been superb. I particularly like the Henderson branch where you walk up to an executive desk and have a seat with the teller.

Very unusual House people in this location can specula. Making people out of state feel like a criminal. Their staff is very unprofessional professional at this location instead of talking to each other they're yelling across the floor like they're outside I have never experienced anything like this and that I will never return to this lousy facilities because they profile individuals. Sometimes change is a good thing people get too comfortable where they work at and forget their customer service skills hopefully somebody that cares that will read this and do a full investigation how they can better their customer service for new customers. Bank of the West has always met my needs. Staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. I only wish they had more branches in Las Vegas!

I found this place to be great. Everyone was extremely nice. I was not made to feel shamed for needing a “fresh start checking” Many stepped up and made everything easy as possible. 100% happy with my choice.
