I received a couple bills that weren't mine; it seems there are several people in their system with the same name as myself. Overall the hospital and staff were really nice. There's also a Chick-fil-A right next to the hospital, my fiance picked up some food for me a couple times.

Very poor services I called to get some assistance because I was not working and was needing to have some test run ! So I called the lady said we will send u papers to fill out and bring back in ! Ok a week went by a week and a half went by no paper work so I called and the response was it was mailed and it takes 7 to 10 days because of the mail !! Ok three and a half weeks went by so I called again the lady said well due to the mail it will take 15 days or longer !! Well it’s been 35 days and guess what nothing !! So i guess I don’t need to use that hospital they don’t need people with no insurance or no money which really doesn’t surprise me I’ve had other family members go there and they didn’t meet their criteria for help or for being admitted!! So if u want someone to help don’t go there they have higher standers and they aren’t there to help so I hope one day when they stop getting clients they don’t go on TV and tell everyone how great they are !!!

Came here with covid and they had me fix d and ready to return home healthy in no time...great staff very knowledgeable on what they are dealing with and experimental options for getting you better. thank you again St Francis you never let us down!

Worst experience I’ve every received in an ER. Poor service, unacceptable wait time, and unskilled staff. However doctor was great once I got to see one.

Dr. Kim is a lifesaver.. taking the time to figure out my issues that most doctors would rush-diagnose just to to be done.
