I've come in here a few times during the past few weeks and always received excellent service.
This location has the worst costumer service
I went there for opening a checking account so Roberto was the only banker available but he is totally unprofessional specially the costumer service he doesn’t know nothing about it
After i had a seat in his spot He make me feel like he is pushing me away because He was so rude to me even his manager was seating next to us but he didn’t try to resolve what happened
Second but last time I’m going to step on this branch
Bad service
People are rude, and bank closes at 5pm on Friday, which is something I’ve never heard of, very inconvenient for customers who work. Goodbye and good riddance Citibank
