* 0 StarsnCustomer service was horrible. Bartenders were rude. Made reservations to host an event and it was cancelled by the bar manager last minute. Owner refused to refund my money and even went as far as falsely accusing one of my guest of vandalism. I later found out that the owner has a history of very shady business practices. Also the women the owner had running the place was very unstable and seemed to be under the influence of drugs when I met her. 0/10, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
If there were zero stars I'd give it that.nThis place is terrible. The floors are always sticky and it's poor service each and every time.nThey rip off the bands and artists that play there, and the owner has very shady business practices at best. Avoid it at all costs. There are much better and.cleaner placed in Cape Girardeau to go. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ragsdale's.
A great place if you're a Beer Drinker they have a large selection.
We all liked atmosphere and food
We stop here everyone we are in cape. We spin the wheel habe some beers and relax. The bar tenders are always nice and genuinely take interest in your what we talk about. The last time we were here we didn't know what was going on in town and our tender was very informative about what was going in that weekend and even recommended some of his favorite spots. This is why we continue to come back time and time again.
