Awesome customer service...gr8 job ..
Flounder tacos were yummy!!!
Mismanaged.
The restaurant’s credit card system went down as we were given our take out food. We waited 20 minutes after our food was brought to us. We did not have cash, so we were told they could only comp one meal, our $8 meal. Our bill was $45 for four meals after they comped one meal and we only had $12 cash after we had already played $35 worth.
I explained that our meals were getting cold and our nachos were getting soggy. As a business, you should have taken the hit and taken our $12 and given us the food to take. In the end, the manager couldn’t give us anything as we left hungry (and we spend 1.5 hours there). I wish he would have been polite through the process as we were trying to be understanding. Unfortunately, we will never go back to this establishment.
Warn your customers ahead of time if you are having issues with your payment system.
They have amazing fish tacos! I love the tacos with their slaw on them. Also tried their cajun fries for the first time. They were pretty decent; simple but good.
This used to be a great spot for Friday and Saturday happy hour. Post quarantine they've changed the schedule of the regular bartender... Again. Familiarity is why we continue to frequent here but they keep switching up and or firing bartenders. First it was Gunner who was rad and was removed now Ryan! Equally a rad dude! Bring Ryan back! Dont force me to PT's! GROSS!
