Claim Jumper Restaurants

First of all, our waiter (Dillan) gets 5 stars! He was awesome! I ordered the meatloaf sandwich with baked potato. It was pretty good! My husband ordered the lobster meat sandwich. It was very average with not nearly enough lobster meat for $18 or so dollars. The other ingredients(thick bread, sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes) just drowned out the taste of any lobster. The last lobster sandwich that I ate was $16 and came with only bread & lobster meat with butter from a food truck. So I was sorely disappointed with this sandwich. We will go back again to try other dishes.

Normally the food and service are really good here. We have gone every year for the last 4 years for New Years Eve dinner and sat in bar area and service and food have been good. This time we went for our anniversay and what a disaster, service started good then we got our meals. My wife got my steak and it was under cooked. I got her steak over cooked. The waiter sent them back and they came out wrong again. The manager came over, we explained and she said she would get it correct asap. Took just a bit, when we got our meals they looked just like before, the manager rechecked and said they were correct, however my wife sent hers back 2 more times because it was still to rare. It finally came back but now was well done...not medium well. Mine was still to rare but I was able to eat it. The waiter did bring us a free dessert since we had told him it was our anniversary but that was not why we gave him the info. We then got thr bill and it said we sent back meals because we didn't like them, however the meals will the exact same as the ones we didn't like. We paid and got ready to leave and my wife stopped at front desk to see if she could speak to someone else and the hostess said she could get the manager who had already seen my wife at counter and seemed to hide eyes from here and hide. Not sure at this point if we would go back. Previous dinner nights out have been good. May have just been an off night, but it was a Tuesday, not very busy

Didn't even plan to dine in. Ordered takeout, seen it was fairly empty so asked to be seated. They accommodated us by sitting us at bar. Food is always good here!. Only 3 stars because they still gave us our food packed to go. Waiter kinda acted like we were not her table to service, as we often see her check on our neighbors tables... But checked on us sometime. Its OK but I felt disappointed considering we are still paying customers.

Food was good and staff friendly. Kitchen unfortunately didn't cook steak black and blue as ordered but still tasted good

We decided to go there for lunch. We ordered sandwiches with a side of clam chowder soup. The soup was absolutely delicious! And the sandwiches were so flavorful and packed that we couldn't finish them. They're a little pricey, but worth it. Oh, anf the service was also great! Highly recommended!
