I really love the atmosphere of this place. We just had drinks. Our waitress Hanna was awesome!! Such a great personality!! She always had a smile on her face and was very attentive. Ask for Hanna when you go!! :)
Waitress was friendly, took our order of drinks and appetizers. Told her we'd need a little longer for entree order. 30 minutes later, none of the wait staff seemed to notice empty glasses or menus still on our table. Waitress looked like she was having an emotional breakdown. None of the other staff filled in for her. By the time someone asked I was done.nnWhat a miserable experience. I feel for the young lady but management should have stepped in when needed. Wish I could give zero stars.
Good food, great drinks, slow service. Our waitress was emotionally distressed and left us for 20 minutes. Management needs to be aware of their staff; if waitstaff needs to take a moment to breathe (our server was in tears), management needs to send in someone else to tend those tables. My heart goes out to the waitstaff. Life will get better, I promise.
Landshark bar and grill will always have a place in my heart. Best margaritas best fish and chips. Also nice staff that made sure our food and drinks were out asap. Landshark means business. 10/10
Service was poor to ok at best. Food wasn't bad, but definitely not worth the cost. Dessert was where it really fell down. If you are only going to offer 2 Desserts, they had better be good. These were store-bought, not name brand, Desserts. They don't even get a plus for convenience. In the end, it fills the belly. It isn't a bad place. Just be ready to overpay for a mediocre meal.
