The room was clean, the employees were nice. Loved being on the lake. It was my first time staying there. And I would go back again.

ALL the furniture in our room was very outdated and our futon was broke. We stayed in room 63 and all the floors slanted down pretty bad. The room was very clean, but for the prices they charge they could update the furniture. I looked at another room and the furniture was outdated also. We ate breakfast there and the food was good but had to wait 45 min for eggs. The staff all over the resort were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time there. The pool area was spacious but there were several tables that didnt have any umbrellas on them. Plenty of loungers. They had plenty of docks for fishing if you like that. Overall the resort is outdated but I would stay again, just not in room 63.

Really had a great time. The room we got was cheap and kept up nice. Plus there is plenty of docks and open spots to fish even if it's you and some friends or it's you and one other. There is a bait shop right there at the resort and the location is great. Enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

The cabin was nice and spacious. We stayed in Number 5, which was a little outdated, but perfect for our family needs. The front desk staff was great! They helped with all our questions and needs. The only reason I didn't rate it as more stars was because of the restaurant on site (Bobbers). They did not tell us that it is only open until 3 some days and closed on Wednesday, so it wasn't helpful for us. The one Thursday night we did eat there, service was awful! We were the only table in the place and the bartender ignored us for at least 10 minutes before offering us menus or drinks. He then proceeded to mess up everything we ordered and even forgot one of our meals. He didn't offer much of an apology, either. The resort itself is wonderful with 2 swimming pools, easy dock access, and a beautiful setting. On just the resort alone, I would say 4 to 4.5 stars, but I rated it lower due to the restaurant. Plan to go out to eat! Don't waste your time in Bobbers. The food was not good and the staff did not have his act together.
