I can not speak about the Doctors or Nurses.nHowever, there people they have working when these individuals and staff go home at night and weekends make one wonder who is caring for the admitted individuals...?nI called on a night and got hung-up and three (3) times, two people would not identify themselves when ask so I knew who I was talking too; both passed themselves off as head-nurse but could not provide information or their names.nThen when someone got on the phone (K. B.)...they would no answer any questions or provide any information. When ask to talk to on call individual she said she would not contact her. She also hung-up on me several times...!!!nWhen I call the next day to talk to HR and left a message they didn't call back...nThis is all so sad that these individuals are not supervised...nStaff and leadership need to get control...!!!

You don't get the full story, they don't give others the full story. Two faced people, food could be better. It's the truth

Some residents are left in their rooms in the dark. Others are left alone in the activity room, no call bells, not one staff member there watching over them because they have so few staff to assist them. While one is being taken to the bathroom to urinate others have to wait. My wife called the nurses station today to report to the nurse answering the phone that my mother in law needed to go to the bathroom and the nurse who answered the phone said well, she has to ask for help. We were wondering how residents do that when there is no staff in the room. All the resident has to alert staff is a n alarm they sit on in the chair. If they get up to alert the alarm they risk falling. Is it so hard for the nurses to get out from behind the computer and desk to aid in residents care. Don't send you family members there, it will be a big mistake. We are planning on getting family moved to a safe er place
