I have eaten at this Buffalo Wild Wings location a dozen or more times, and they always have friendly employees that do a great job of making us feel welcome. I visited this past Wednesday to take advantage of their generous support of Veterans on Veterans Day - they offer a free order of boneless wings with fries to all veterans, and they do it a smile and a thank you to all the veterans. The demand for this generous offering at this location this year was huge and the wait times were longer than normal, but the employees all kicked in to do their very best and make it all work out. Great organization, delicious food, and friendly employees!

Food is always good. No complaints there. The bar tender kept short pouring my beer. I questioned her about it and she said she would correct it. She short pours me two more beers and laugh thinking she was being funny. I don't think I will return to this specific location

My daughter and I went there for dinner and had to wait an hour to be seated. Once we got in we were greater by Desiree. Even though the place was very busy she found time to make sure we were taken care of. Desiree was friendly and polite and you should be proud to have Desiree on as an employee.

Last week my car was in the shop for an extended period of time. Walked over to Buffalo Wild Wings at Galleria Mall...Joey and Robert took real good care of me and completely changed the way my day was going! I promised to do their bww listens survey, but, unfortunately, if you don't complete it within 48 hours BOINK 💥 you get a error code 7777! ☹️ So, I hope someone in management takes a moment to praise Joey (server) and Robert (bartender) @ Buffalo Wild Wings 🏈 Galleria Mall! $tore #0176! They were on their games and provided exceptional customer service! Bravo Zulu ⚓ from a disabled US Navy veteran - James Roth 👍Thank You!

Bdubs killed it again as always. amazing service, good wings, awesome mixed drinks, and who doesn't love bogo wings.
