Customer Service is very friendly, but they do not get back to you fast or when they said they would. They said that their boss would get back to me the same evening that I called, and she hasn't. I'm very disappointed about them not cooking their food all the way because it can lead to serious health issues. A little disappointed with how slow their Costumer Service is, too. Hopefully something changes soon because I've loved eating there for quite a bit of time.
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and my girlfriend ordered a grilled chicken wrap. Both came back battered chicken and it was so hard that it was nearly inedible. The waitress did offer to remake our order but we had already waited 30 minutes and we were wanting to leave. The fried pickles were excellent though.
The food is great and the place is clean but it cost way too much.
Yall asked me to elaborate but there's no point in it you will not do a single thing to change. Besides possibly offer me a mediocre coupon. After a yr of not eating there figured I'd give it a chance again, and like before im not impressed. Thanks for providing jobs to our local community but ill not be spending my dollar there anymore.
