Do not recommend bulk buying from here. Bought 1/4th of a cow and what we got was not worth it. I feel very screwed on the steaks they gave me. Sirloins with large bones in the middle resulting in very little meat, T-bones with no filet, and ribeye with inch size fat strips on the side just to add weight and make the package look bigger im guessing.... one star because hey the ground beef was correct as far as i've noticed...
