Worst ever !! Had to go there because of chest pain. Got checked in then sat in waiting room for 2 hours. There were people who had been there for much longer. Didn't want to go there but was working there. Left and went to NKC hospital. Got right in. Screw St Joe hospital !!!!!
Recently my 96 year old great grandmother fell and broke her arm. We drove from four hours away to see her. When we went inside the attendant very very rudely told me that I was strictly forbidden because I am under 18 years old. I just wanted to see my grandma who in the blink of an eye could be gone. These rules are completely unacceptable and need to be changed immediately. I just hope that other people will be able to see their family members unlike me. It may be their last chance to see that person.
Been here a lot for, the staff has always treated me with respect and I’m very grateful to have such a good hospital near by.
The Emergency Room practices and procedures need to be reviewed. The staff was pleasant. The wait is ridiculous. 8 hrs later and I still had not seen the doctor so I left.
Today I took my mom to mosaic for a procedure in g I. When I pulled up to the main entrance there was a young man that asked if he could park my vehicle or if he could help in any way. I told him that I needed a wheelchair for my mom and he said that he would go get one and help get her inside. It was a very good experience. But that was not the last of our good experience,the nurses and staff went out of their way to make sure that everything went smooth and that if we needed anything they tried as hard as they could to help us. This was a very good experience as our family has used mosaic many times over the years and will continue to use them. It’s nice to see positive attitudes. Thanks
