Poor service and long wait times. Placed my order online for pick up and it said it would be ready around 6:30. I get there at 6:30 and had to wait til 7:10 for my food. Once I got it home I only had half my order. They only offer credit and won't refund your money. You're better off going somewhere else in St. Joe
Had the Western burger. It was good and too big to eat it all
My fiance ordered a 6 oz sirloin steak well done and when I went and picked up our food from the restaurant her steak was bright pink and was still having blood come out she is currently six months pregnant and so she instantly got sick and threw up her dinner
Ordered a full slab of ribs. Server was nice but food was disappointing. I struggled to gnaw the tough meat between the ribs. No meat on the top or bottom of the ribs. Just the meat between them. It was NOT tender at all. The sides were good, but the ribs were so horrible I brought them home to my dad and didn't say anything. The next day he ate them and complained to me about it. I had brought my mom and my kids out to eat there while visiting in town and next time I visit I will pick somewhere else!
We used door dash for the first time. Great experience! Good food, served hot! Was very surprised, especially for delivery. Everything was correct, driver was friendly.
