I can't say enough good things and give praise to the great customer service I received from Amy and the other people at Balkowitsch. They stand behind their products and their customers. The help I received in replacing a defective product was beyond my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate dealing with them in the future. Smaller is better. Again thank you for all your help.
Terrible. I ordered steam iron for $729 on amazon (they sell on amazon). When I got it, it was obviously previously opened (if not used), the pressure gauge did not work, and it was the wrong item (the cord was 7' instead of 11'). They promised to refund my money without me returning it if I'd remove my bad review, but, after two weeks of being told that the right person wasn't there and never calling back, I finally sent it back to get a refund. I suspect they are selling refurbished products as new, and they were not honest with me.
Update reply : We checked out in a different name during purchase and your money back guarantee is complete bulls**t. No I am not a competitor I am just a customer that made the mistake of purchasing from your shady business (website). You can't talk your way out of it because you are the one at fault.nnHorrible experience, Spent over 800 dollars on a product which was used advertised as brand new and not fit for purpose. I live in a different country so I can't return my item and because i paid via credit card I can't do anything about it. Also this company drop ships, took 68 days and was very rude when I was asking where my order was. Avoid at all costs

Love Love Love this place! I needed to order the Med-E-Lert Automatic Medication Pill Locking Dispenser and found it at the best price with free shipping.
