Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It's Olive Garden, not terrible but not great. You know what your getting here.

I went to dinner last night at this Olive Garden to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Our bill was roughly 84.50. I opted out of paying a tip with my card. I choose zero for gratuity and left our waitress 16.00 cash instead.nHonestly this tip was far beyond fair because our appetizer, 3 drinks with no re-fills and... I'll be nice and go as far as to describe the 3 meals as mediocre... End up costing me around 31.58 gratuity?!nI'm more than generous just having left the waitress a 16.00 cash tip. Then I check my statement this morning and they apparently also billed me just as much gratuity on my card as well.nMy bill ended up being 100.08 and add that cash tip of 16.00.nLiterally took me for around 31.58 dollars in gratuity and that's AFTER I SPECIFICALLY OPTED ZERO TIP ON. THE KIOSK!nI honestly doubt I'm the only customer that's gotten taken at this restaurant. I will never recommend this particular Olive Garden, nor will I eat there again.nYes, I will be contacting management later this morning but I think customers need to be aware and use caution when paying by kiosks at this restaurant.nnI'm just updating about this experience at The Olive Garden. I was able to speak with the manager today about my experience at dinner last night. This manager, Mike Frazier, is a complete delight to speak to about this whole situation. He was professional and understanding. He gladly took care of the nasty kiosk that apparently decided to misbehave. I'm very pleased with the outcome and the standard of customer service I was given by Mr. Frazier and impressed by the quick response of the restaurant owner who seemed genuine in his apology and eagerness to fix the situation. More than willing to try again if only because the customer service was on point and impressive.nThanks

Good food, excellent service. Staff wore face coverings, cleaned and sanitized often 9-13-20.

Tonight's dinner was a great treat. Not very crowded, rather quiet, our waitresses was a delight. We enjoy Olive Garden as often as we can, yet tonight the service was excellent and the evening special.

Olive Garden as usual is great. Loved it. Food is amazing. Our server was super friendly and helpful which I love!
