I noticed that a previous reviewer suggested trying the chicken since the salmon and meatloaf were dry. Chicken was completely dry too. The sweet potato was as hard as a rock and was not even salvageable after taking it home. Prices are comparable to what you would pay at a steakhouse in Denver or KC, but the quality doesn’t even remotely compare.
I had the Prime rib special and it was the best ever, fork tender and seasoned perfectly. My husband had the burger and said it was absolutely wonderful. Service was outstanding. We'd recommend this grill to everyone.
Katy was my server, she was the sweetest. The chef actually did a perfect mid-rare cook on my steak. I haven’t had one cooked that well in a long time.
Thought this place looked good and my husband said the steak was good, but unfortunately I did not get to eat mine. I ordered it well done because I am pregnant and after waiting 45 minutes it came out and was medium. And the people that came after us got their food before us. We were told since i ordered well done it was taking longer, which I would've understood if it came out the way I ordered it. Yes they did say they would cook it longer for me but we are from Wisconsin driving to Denver so we are on a time crunch. Plus the waitress I think her name was Cynthia barley checked on us. Very unhappy! I guess if I wasn't pregnant I would've just ate the damn steak, but it's the principle of it all.
Me and my wife come here every time we are in Colby. Always had service with a smile, have ate the Meatloaf, the Western Cobb Salad (HUGE!) The Black & Blue Burger.. I can’t complain about anything we were ever served here. If you get a chance stop in he won’t be disappointed, I know we never were !!
