The phone number is to their call center and WM claims they don't have anything to do with the city landfill. Customer service is very lacking i helping UNLESS you are a new customer.
They kept raising our rates and when we called to cancel, they charged $102 to come get the trash can.nI even told them I would deliver can to their front door & was told I was still going to be charged. Crooks!!! Do NOT get their service! This is how they treat good paying customers who have had their service for 10 years. They don't even deserve the one star that I gave them. We now have Armstrong Sanitation, which is local, and so far, they are wonderful.
Bring back Dakota Sanitation please....they knew how to keep customers happy.
Not very consistent with picking up recycling leave me with an unemptied bin every couple months and they broke 3 cans last year...
Was a customer of a competitor that sold out to Waste Management. These first three months have been terrible. Schedule is always changing, they do not always empty receptacles, and customer service is truly aweful.
