The products have always been extremely high quality. I have ordered several of their kits and the instructions were well written and easy to follow. They have always been polite and helpful.
We recently ordered 20 buckles to check to see if this was a company we'd like to order more from in the future. However the buckles we extremely cheap quality and are made of thin cheap metal. On top of that it ended up costing $10.75 total with shipping. The buckles were $4.25 and they paid $2.45 in shipping but charged $6.50 for our shipping and it took a week to receive our order. When calling to find some detail on why the shipping was so much instead of an apology I was told with a sarcastic tone that it was my fault since they charge a flat rate for shipping. The buckles themselves are barely worth $4.25 and the shipping cost on top of that makes this probably the worst value I can imagine.
