If I could leave half a star I would. Customer service was not good. Lots of hassle just to cash a cashier's check issued from them. Almost like they didn't want to. I will never do business with this bank again.

They always make mistakesndepositing your money on other accounts and they are also super slow.

Horrible customer service. Will not work with you. I'm leaving after ten years and nobody even bothered to ask why. I've been denied for four loans over the years, all of which I was able to obtain in other places quite easily. When I had a company charge my card without my permission, they waited till the last minute and denied my claim. When Hastings had a glitch and charged my card twice I had to fight tooth and nail to get the overdraft charge removed. Golden Plains is much more accommodating to SW Kansans

Never have account with them I go to golden plans to open account the told me you own them 588 dollar I’m creep calling them today no one answer the phone
