Do your research, they will talk you into an 'Upgrade' which will probably be worse then the last mod you had... Within two weeks had a mod go bad that was recommended by the guy running it. Told me it was an 'Upgrade'. This thing can't even hold it's batteries... Soo much money wasted... Honestly he tries too hard to force you to buy certain things... I definitely will be finding a new shop after i get this fixed... GUY IS SUPER FORCEFUL... Be careful...

Customer service is starting to decline, a friend stopped to get me juice, she told him the strength, she was handed lower strength juice and the nicotine and told her that I mix my own all the time (which I never have.) They also won't follow state mandate on masks (I have diagnosed asthma and not required to wear mask due to breathing issues while wearing one.)

Knowledgeable and friendly people, prices seem a bit steep but not a bad place to get you vaping needs.
