After spending multiple days just to get a phone call back, without any expectations I just wanted to at least see if I could have a few overdraft fees forgiven due to my recent business I have lost... The manager (Jose) had shown absolute no compassion and spent 10 solid Minutes barraging me and making me feel absolutely horrible for a few missed credit card payments back in 2016. He looked into my account and specifically told me I have no relationship with US Bank since I don’t make enough money with them! I can’t begin to explain how wrong that is to say to somebody. I had felt absolutely offended and saddened even to this very moment. I work hard to provide for my family and no one deserves to be talk too like that... I will continue to take back all of the good commendations I have said to fellow contractors in Kansas City and will never recommend this branch to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed about how this is my go to bank! And first time ever go inside this branch I am disappointed in the customer service. The lady had a attitude before I even came in! She Didnt even great me. And didn’t care to Say a word through the whole proccess. Will totally not be coming back to this branch! extremely upset About how I was treated! I dont need a sorry! But what a lack of customer service!

Received an Auto insurance payoff check took it to this branch the closes one to where I picked it up from which was progressive 1 mile up the road. And found out they would hold the check for 2 business days since it wasn’t my branch and they had to transfer my funds to my branch from the legends area. I was told by my branch Policy is I would have $500 available then 24 hrs later the rest would be available. USBank is all USBank. The rules and stuff are all different causing me to be thrown off track with handling time sensitive business. It’s not a 3rd party check? It’s an insurance payoff check! Getting so exhausted with issues

I would not recommend u.s. bank at all. They never answer the phone, they never fix any issues you have and they charge you for everything.
