Called for an emergency, Jessica answered the phone. She was not only rude but she passed me around from 1 person to the other. If it really was a life threatening emergency ha I could have been dead by the time I got the person I needed to talk to.... Would have been better off just calling 1 of the manager's cell.

6 weeks for minor repairs and body damage to truck and trailer. Then when I went to pick up truck, the wiring I asked to be fixed didn’t work. They then fixed the mistake and charged me to fix their mistake. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any repair facility. Over $950.00 charge to re-wire aux lights on trailer to spare switches on dash from set of toggle switches I had wired up and were running from the batteries to the switches to the lights. Tech lied about what was requested and what he did. When I went pick up the truck, the spare switches were looped to power continuously on and somehow now controlled the blower motors in the cab and sleeper. But did not control the lights anymore.

Worst service department ever, super slow, super expensive and poor labor quality. Charged me $4600 and a week later everything they fixed was broken again.

We are a heavy truck repair and full body shop here in KC. Our experience with KC Peterbilt has been less than stellar. Can hardly ever get anyone on the phone for parts, constantly being brought the wrong part ect.... When we had an issue with returning a part we were basically told the amount we spend per month with them didn't justify them taking the part back. While they are correct we spend less than 25k a year with them and we spend over 100k a year with several other local venders. We will take our insignificant amount money and spend it with their competitor to the south of us. I don't know about you but it is hard enough to create a loyal customer base to just blow them off over a 1200 part.
