The customer service is amazing. 5 stars but their boots are a different story. $200 boots only lasted 6 months before an entire seam came out and the leather on the tips of both boots wore off.
Customer-employee relations is a big plus in any business, and these guys nail it on the head. They made sure to check on my size down to the T before coming up with a proper size. While checking on tour test-walk, they make sure to adjust for arch as many times as needed before finding the proper fit. This establishment was extremely professional andfriendly, so I'd recommend them for anyone next pair of boots.
