The Family EyeCare Center has the best customer service in the entire metropolitan area. They always go above and beyond to make your experience the very best. They are also so helpful to find you the best cost for your needs, whether it is a rebate or an item (glasses/contacts) within your budget they are there to help. Lori at the Bonner location is absolutely the VERY VERY BEST!! She is so knowledgeable & her customer service is off the charts!! Thank you for your amazing service!!
I have gone to Family Eye Center for almost 10 years. This is my first time for the Bonner Springs office and it was just as amazing. They have great practices in place for COVID 19 safety. Staff is very friendly and so helpful in picking out my glasses with me. I love how they already know what my insurance will cover so that the whole process is smooth.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like I mattered to them. This is my 4th eye doctor, and the first three I only went to once because I didn't feel valued. I feel like I've finally found my eye care home.
The care that was taken in these strange times of social distancing and mask wearing was stellar. The staff guided me through every step of the process and cleaned the equipment in front of me. They had care and transparency throughout my visit. The selection of frames is the best that I have seen in decades.
Always helpful and keep trying to get that perfect lense. We keep going back. Best customer service and eyewear choices.
