U.S. Bank Branch

I just want to give a shout out to the tellers here for taking care of me. My business’ bank is closed and I can’t do any change orders or anything with them. I am a personal banker at US Bank and called them and they helped me with a change order and getting everything up and running. Kudos to this branch for being awesome!

By far the slowest bank I have ever been too! By far. 3rd time coming here since I moved to the area. I will be moving my bank accounts.

Slow service. Would never open a new account with them

I used to bank with them, so I went in to see if I could cash a few checks. My bank account was negative so I was going to pay it off with money from my taxes. (I was cashing the checks so I could do my taxes, tax lady only takes cash). So I went in, spent a lot of time there, just to be told as soon as I got to talk to the lady that my account wasn’t open anymors(because I was negative) and she couldn’t help me. I had to sell my wedding ring so I could do my taxes ud83dude2dn**** checking places wouldn’t take my ID because it was a paper ID and yes I tried cashing it at Walmart, the bank was my last chance.

Cashiers were both rude. Walked in on a Saturday cane in hand. Stood there waiting for the male cashier to help me waited at least 5 minutes to be acknowledged then the female cashier finally did so. Cashed a check was not given an envelope to put it in nothing.
