Absolutely amazing care 99% of the time! Never hesitate to take any of my family to this hospital because I know they will be well taken care of. For a town this size, we are VERY lucky to have a hospital like we do and the care they give.

Over the top treatment. Very kind staff, Best hospital experience I have had. My 4yr old needed 5 stitches and they were so gentle and patient with her. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!

My son was interning in Oklahoma this summer, and needed to go to the nearest hospital for symptoms of lyme's disease from a tick bite at the beginning of June. Even though he gave the hospital all of his insurance information, my husband and I received a bill at the beginning of October. When I called the billing office to inquire why we received the bill, they claimed that our insurance denied payment. When I called my insurance, they informed me that a claim was never submitted, so I called the billing office back. They apparently did not have the correct insurance information, so I spend a significant amount of time providing the information. At the beginning of November, we received another bill. I called my insurance, and again, a claim was not submitted, but the customer service agent gave me a number for the hospital to electronically file the claim. I called the billing office back, and now they say they didn't have our insurance's phone number, so provided that and the number to electronically file. The beginning of December, we receive a letter saying that we are going to be sent to a collection agency if the bill wasn't paid. I called my insurance company, and they informed me that even though the hospital was past the 120 days for submitting a claim, that was submitted on Dec 1, 2016, the bill was approved, and that the money was directly deposited. I was given the check number and the amount that was approved. So far, I have called the billing office twice to see if the account has been settled, but I just keep being told that there is no evidence that there was payment from our insurance. The incompetence is frustrating!! I truly believe that there are fraudulent billing procedures being practiced at this hospital. I think they purposely delayed billing my insurance, and then tried to scare us into paying the bill with the threat of a collection agency. I have faith that this will be resolved, but if my son ever works in the area again, if necessary he will seek medical treatment elsewhere!
