Donor floor was comfortable and everyone was friendly. I was a little nervous about donating with the pandemic but the place is very clean and they are serious about being safe. Everyone wears masks and ppe, everything was getting disinfected and they disinfect the donor bed after each use. They only allow a few donors in at a time to keep social distance guidelines. It was not a bad experience.

I donate on 6th St. and the staff there are wonderful! I am a difficult stick and they always make sure someone with a lot of experience does my stick. I feel good helping people who need plasma products and enjoy the extra spending money!

The staff are always nice and have a smile on their face! Not only do they always make sure the donors are taken care of, but the work relationships they have with each other makes it a great environment to be around! Not to mention the place is always clean!

Staff is excellent. Varied personalities. All work hard to do their very best. Facility is clean and I have the upmost confidence that best interest is in mind. I couldn’t work in their environment but I am more than happy to do my part.

long waits, new phlebotomist daily so always a bad stick experience, to easy to get permanently differed for their staffs incompetency in documenting things. As a returning donor the lady recorded the dates of my tattoos lots of them as the day i was there doing my new donor check in physical. since i couldn't provide documentation with in 10 days as to the date of each of those tattoos that THEIR employee recorded inaccurately i am a permanent differed ... Thanks incomplete employees.
