Axe & Ale

This place is dope! My girlfriend and I came here with her dad and uncle on a quiet Sunday evening after Chris, the GM, gave us a tour earlier that morning. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful and sold us on the experience. He went above and beyond to make use feel welcome, giving us tips on our throwing form and cracking jokes with us the whole time. The activity is fun in and of itself, but Chris made the experience even better with his warmth and energy--bro deserves a raise!nnThe beer was great and the axe throwing was fun af. They've got plenty of options on tap and in can/bottle--wine and bar snacks, too. They've even got different variants of axe throwing games to choose from so you can keep if fresh each round. Can't recommend this place enough y'all. If you're looking for a fun way to spend your afternoon/evening in Topeka, this is the place!

Axe & Ale was fun. Nothing like drinking and throwing sharp objects! Seriously, they do a good job of keeping things safe and fun. The bartender Chris and waitress Chelsea were very cool and seemed to have a great time with us. The place doesn't seem to be big enough for a kitchen so that would be my only criticism. However, you can order from other places and have it delivered while you play. It's a great alternative to the same old bar games!

The gentleman working, Chris, was very friendly and helpful. He engaged with everyone and have pointers, which were very helpful for us beginners. We can't wait to go back and take more people with us!

Perfect adult night out! It's not as hard as it looks and twice as fun!

This place was so much fun. It just needs more people to fill the lanes. Can't wait till league play next week!
