Kaw Valley Bank

After 40 years of banking with kaw valley I feel its time to move on. Have personal accounts with them as well as had a business account with them for 15 years. Retired now and went to consolidate loans and clean up debt. They weren't interested. I wish loan officers from old days were still there. They actually cared. Moving to a credit union.n.

The two men who work in drive at the location at 21st and Fairlawn location are just super unpleasant to do business with. On a good note, the three female tellers and manager are really great to work with. But probably for the best that we will be switching financial institutions in the next couple of months.

I have banked with them for over five years now. Always fast and friendly and very helpful.
