Always friendly and helpful every time I go! Have never had a bad experience since opening an account in 2001.

Horrible customer service for poor people! They are rude and continually block my debit card weekly leaving me no funds to purchase my necessities! They repeatedly send me new debit cards without my knowledge. Have also sent me other customers debit cards to my address. I AM DISABLED AND CANT RUN TO THE BANK EVERY SINGLE DAY! CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT

Terrible service, people are rude and incompetent

We've been with CoreFirst since we moved here over 25 years ago. They have always been friendly and helpful, and have taken care of us on a number of occasions when we have had unusual requirements. We have recently opened a business account with them also and our rep has been extremely helpful. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly bank with a hometown feel.
