Casa Hernandez Mexican Cuisine

We drive from Topeka and love this place. Fresh tomato’s and fresh lettuce every time and delicious flavors. Not understanding the bad reviews because we’ve been impressed everytime and we’ve gone 4 times now since we discovered it. I love how they cook the meat so it’s not too greasy but has a seared look too it. Margaritas are pricey but still good. It’s weird to say this but even the ice water is good, some places have water that tastes gross but even that’s good. Thanks guys we’ll be back again!

Awesome food. Yeah I was hungry, but that was one awesome meal! The chips and salsa just kept coming as well.. Good prices and great food. Service was super fast and friendly! Highly recommended!

My absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. I drive 10-15 mins just to come here. Amazing quesadillas and margaritas and don’t even let me get started and how amazing the fish tacos taste. 11/10 in my book. Just came home from my like 15th visit. They clearly take time to make their food not only tasty but beautiful.

Service was pretty good, not crowded when we were there, but a lot of carry out. covid19 probably has something to do with this. Food was good, and beer was cold!

On a trip to pickup an engine with my honey we spotted a small mexican restaurant in a blink and you miss it small town in rural Ks. On our way home we decided to try it out. It was AMAZING! So if you are like me and love authentic Mexican food and happen to be on hwy 24 in Silver Lake, Ks.....you need to stop by casa Hernandez!
