0 stars... Making my life goal to tell everyone about how bad this bank is... All locations.... Harassment 1000000%, failure to set up requested payment 100%, do not do business at all

Horrible bank!nI am not sure what management is conveying to the customer service reps, but they seriously need to take classes on how to treat people.nMost rude bank I have ever dealt with.nnTheir policies on auto loans are also insane.nThey start a repo process at 30 days late. God forbid someone falls on a hardship. This bank will make you feel awful about yourself, even with a perfect payment record up until the first time you are late.nI am scared to know what their regular checking and savings account policies are.nnI cannot recommend this bank to anyone based off of customer service experience alone.nYou can hear it in the tone of their voice that you are just a huge inconvenience to them. What kind of customer service rep sighs on the phone at a customer? Rude, unprofessional and downright stuck up.nnSuch a disappointment. I had high hopes for this place based on the other reviews, but my experience has been the exact same as the other low star ratings.nnCommon curtesy and respect for the customer is not in this institutions forte.

I have a business account for my DBA here as well as a personal savings account. I love the convenience of having transfer options for my external account, and multiple branches i can use at my convenience

Great bank for commercial loans & banking. They are able to see the quality of the person instead of just the numbers. Scott & Ron took a chance on me when i was younger and i am forever grateful for their help.nnIf you are wanting to grow your portfolio or just starting out. This is the best bank to visit first. I never have to shop rates cause i know i will be getting the best available.
