After jumping through hoops regarding a CD at the Winfield branch we decided to come here. Doug Shaffer was kind, helpful, respectful and professional. He handled our needs in a timely manner with no hassle. Thank you for saving our day.

After a year of banking here and having an approved payroll check, Maria decides she didn’t want to cash my check without a hold. AFTER A YEAR OF BEING IN THERE EVERY TUESDAY. @452PM!!! Brad, the manager of this branch & the Maize branch, at first couldn’t believe Maria’s actions and promised he would look into it. After a month of no call back, I finally got ahold of Brad by calling the Maize branch and stating I would hold until he was available. Brad finally came to the phone and advised he did nothing, plus recommends I go get another bank account elsewhere. Stated no bank would cash my check and tough luck. He said “I thought you just closed your account honestly”. My original question was “Why can I not cash my check now after I have been for a year?” He failed to answer that nor did Brad care to do his job and figure this out.nGood news! Not all banks are ran by snobs and can pick and choose when you cash your check! Credit union of America opened my account AND released all funds before I was out the door. Shop around rather than being treated like just another person by Maria & Brad! There are companies out there that understand you picked them and they are here for YOU!nShop around before you sign up here- you won’t regret it!

I couldn't ask for more professionalism from my bank. I've done my banking here for more than a decade. Tellers are the nicest and always greet me by name. Truly a well-run business. Their mobile banking app is also excellent.

My dad had a bank account here and he passed away. The branch at 21st and Maize was so unhelpful and lacked any compassion. I have never had to deal with this situation and they were condescending and they didn't want to help me. Thankfully, my own bank, Emprise went above and beyond to help me.

Very helpful with great customer service and great attitudes every single time. Staff is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend this bank to anyone that has and appreciates a respectable professional attitude.
