This is the best branch of any bank I have ever used. They have always greeted me by my name. They have the best customer service.
I've been beyond happy with my switch to Bank of the West ... perfect balance between huge banks (impersonal, bureaucratic) and too small (not as competitive rates or technology) ... the folks at the Derby branch specifically are SO KIND ya'll. Banking shouldn't have to be a nightmare, and BofW proves it. Oh and bonus: they recently pulled are their affiliations with the Dakota Pipelines, talk about putting their money where their mouths are!
Not a fan of the Derby Branch. Very poor at communicating.
Like the bank. Staff is friendly even though there seems to be a high rate of turnover.
