Said open. But permanently closed. Drove 20 miles.

Terrible bank. I would not suggest anyone ever step foot in this bank or ever do business with them. I opened an account with them and then decided to go with another bank because of all of the fees and bad customer service I have had in the past with this company. The company now refuses to close my account and says I owe them money for “maintenance “ for an account that was never even used and was supposed to be closed. I was told I could wait and it would hit my credit because they would send it to a debt collector. Terrible customer service.

dont use bank of america i deposited my check before christmas mind you its about a week before christmas and its a payroll check all of a sudden i wont be able to get the funds tell the 1st. so now me and my family dont get such a christmas no more. they wont let me close the account and get my money back nothing so if you dont mind getting robbed of money time and moments you wont get back go to bank of america .

Only giving 1 star because I wasn’t allowed to give 0 . Horrible customer service from the branch manager or the location manager Alyssa. Waited to see someone a while then we finally get seen only for Alyssa to rush us out because she has an appointment. Didn’t help us resolve our issue at all just had us call a 1800 number definitely don’t recommend this bank
