The manager runs a tight ship. I am very grateful for her putting up with my two toddlers being loud and happy as they play with the pups. I am always greeted, treated like a buying customer. At first when I called they weren't able to give any information and I was told that I would need to come in. Checking on their website, the only real info they have is very basic. However, After a call back from another individual from there, he was able to give me the detailed info I was looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will admit the prices are a little expensive, however the package as a whole isn't a bad deal for a new companion, in the long run.

Michael did an amazing job with assisting me with bringing my little shihpoo home to California! He went above & beyond even when he didn't have to! I'm very grateful for this experience. If I had the chance to do it again, I would! Thank you Petland East for everyrhing! My puppy is perfect!!!
