By far my favorite pet store in Wichita! I was over Derby yesterday and stopped by here to pick up some stuff for my cats (I spoil them hardcore). The staff at these stores are incredible – especially Patch. Patch gave me their recommendations for cat food and treats that they feed their own cats! Patch took my cat's needs into consideration and showed me the best of the best. I'll have to come over to this location more often if I get somebody like Patch to help me out! Ditch your PetCo/Petsmart and go to Chuck and Don's :-)
Love this place! They are so good with our dogs. They get down on the floor and interact. Really helps my shy quarantine puppy! Very knowledgeable. Have great products too! Patch, Sarah, and Hope have helped us out a lot.
Every time we come into the Derby store we’re always greeted by great staff who are very knowledgeable. The pet showers in the back are always clean and ready for us to use. Store is always clean and easy to get around. The staff always spoil our dogs when we bring them with us to pick out a treat or new toy.
Wonderful staff and customer service! Patch was great at helping me find the perfect product for our dog! Highly recommend!
Always great customer service! I love the face that the bathing areas are private and not open areas like other self service washes. It’s great for my nervous girl.
