Everybody was so helpful and kind. People were very positive. They took the time to explain things and made me feel very calm. They were wonderful. After my C-19 test. The nurse practitioner explain things very thorough for me before I left. Everybody was wonderful from the people that greeted you Behind the desk. To the people that did the test. To the nurse practitioner that explained things before I left. Thank you to a caring staff

I was seen as a follow up after a car accident and was seen by Lindsay. She was so genuine and truly cared about my injuries. We figure out a good game plan to hopefully get me back on my feet as soon as possible! She truly is an amazing provider and gives amazing quality care! So thankful I was able to Just walk in and got to be seen by her!

Everyone was very friendly yet professional. They were quite busy but handled it smoothly with a cheery disposition which passes that attitude on to the patient. I appreciate them accommodating my husband and me when we added his test at the last minute. Thanks everyone!

Staff was very courteous and professional. Time for check in for the first timer was adequate and despite the amount of person waiting our entire visit was surprisingly normal. The NP was knowledgeable and had excellent provider to patient communication and establish a comfortable environment.

I'm giving it 3 stars due to past experiences, that were very good. The clinic is very clean, and the providers are very kind. The other day, when I went in to be seen I had a less than pleasant experience. The front was desk receptionist was rude, and unhelpful. I had forgot my mask on accident at home. So when I went in I placed my sweater over my nose, and mouth. I kindly asked the receptionist if I could have a mask to wear. She informed me.. no we don't give them out. They are for purchase in the vending machine. Seriously!!?? Walmart gives them out for free if you forgot yours, or need one prior to entry. So your paying to be seen, but they don't have masks available for patients to wear??!!! Very disappointed. I ended up leaving and refusing to be seen. I hope they put masks out and offer them to patients who forgot theirs, or just flat out don't have one.
