They have lied honesty is not their biggest priority let me promise you one thing and it never gets delivered be careful

Excellent care, very professional staff.nnAfter my stroke, I spent two weeks at Wesley Rehab.nnThe staff took great care of me, and helped me regain more mobility than I would have thought possible.nnI feel fortunate to have experienced Wesley Rehab. The entire staff -- therapists, nurses, doctors, techs, and everyone else -- seemed genuinely concerned for me as a person. That meant a lot to me.

My brother was transferred to this facility after and have an a brain bleed/stroke he also has a titanium aorta valve making his condition worse because they had to take them off blood thinners to slow the brain bleed and then start to re-enter deuce him back to blood thinners because of his aorta valve the problem with this facility is nobody reads their notes on the charts between Between my brother and I we’ve had to continue to tell the story over and over again because when they come in to do therapy they continue to think that all of his symptoms in recovery is all stroke related when it’s not he also has gout in his arm shoulder hands and both feet the only area of him that was affected by the stroke with his brain and people continue to try to get him to walk or do therapy thanking there trying to help him with his mobility and that’s not an issue not to mention he has dietary restrictions and every mill has been delivered to him wrong or they forget to give them a mail at all . My brother is single has never been married and last night he never got his tray for dinner so I went looking for it I was told his wife called and was bringing up dinner . It’s astonishing how these people will take some strangers word on the phone that they’re bringing him dinner and then make the assumption that he’s married and his wife is bringing dinner which was never the case . All this is is a glorified babysitter center that we fill does not give adequate care . We’ve had multiple people come in and talk with us apologizing and asking how they can fix the problem after day three but yet incidences keep happening . It’s as if these people got their certification or their degrees from a cracker jack box . I would never put my worst enemy in these people scare . If you love your family or yourself or whoever you’re helping get in this facility think again do some research find someplace else . Oh I forgot to add my brother is only getting a shower every other day if they have time to even get that and to my knowledge she hasn’t had his sheets changed unless it was one of the times I stepped out .

During a 2-week post-surgical stay, I was treated very well by all the staff members I dealt with. There were even occasions where they went out of their way to help me be more comfortable. 3 hours daily working with physical and occupational therapists helped me learn ways to be more functional than I'd been before surgery. I'd highly recommend Wesley Rehab as I feel better than I had in many years.

I have a loved one in there and they are not receiving the care they need. They haven’t had a bath, shave, or even clean sheets. I work in a nursing home and I know that ignoring a persons basic needs when they are unable to do it for them selves is abuse. So I will go through the correct channels (my work makes sure we know how to report cases like this) and hope that it will make them take a little bit more care and attention to there patients needs in the future since no one deserves care like that.
