QDOBA Mexican Eats

The East side location IMO is better with portions and customer service. I was in there yesterday afternoon and purchased two bowls. After getting home, realized the guy who fixed the bowls, mixed up the meats (one chicken and one steak bowl), so I drove back up there asking him to fix it and that was a mistake because the little dude had the NERVE to argue with me about what I had ordered/wanted in my bowl. That’s not how you treat customers who choose to spend money, especially during this whole COVID mess. Save your time, and go to the East side location, not west. I will not being visiting this location again!!

The store was dirty, the staff was not friendly at all and the food didn't even fill half my bowl. I would rather drive to Hutchinson to get it.

I love the food but it's usually just warm.

I'll be sticking with chipotle from now on bland guac almost no meat in burrito got some meal deal really gave me half a brownie just bad save your money

Do you love flavorless burritos? Then this place is for you! Literally no flavor from the meats, I even got Steak AND Chicken in my burrito, staff was friendly but food def was not fresh. Explains why there were only 6 people in there during lunch. Save yourself some time and just go to Chipolte. Will never be back and will tell everyone I know how horrible the food is.
